As our name suggests, we started life as a consultancy operating primarily in the temporary staff recruitment sector. Success in that sector and demand from existing clients led to us to build upon our existing capabilities and expand
our business to incorporate permanent recruitment. Subsequently, we can now service the requirements of any employer:- from short-term temporary roles through to interim contracts and permanent placements.

Our approach

We believe that it is important to consult with our clients as we are not 'just another recruitment agency'. In fact we don't see ourselves as an agency or brokerage at all. Our approach and our values mean that we have an established client base:- satisfied clients that come back to us time after time!

As a client, you can depend on us to capture your requirements correctly, select suitable candidates for interview or an immediate start, take an active interest throughout the recruitment process to guarantee your needs are met, and ensure your recruiting is as stress free as possible.

We ensure all of our candidate's requirements and expectations are met and we do not make promises that we cannot keep! All candidates are assured that their CV and application is personally reviewed by our Operations Director.


With a team of trained consultants and first class administrative support, we welcome enquiries from recruiters and candidates alike. We are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and we adhere strictly to their guidelines and best practice. In addition, we are a Patron of the Chamber of Commerce.
